These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kayu33. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any kayu33 services. By accessing or using the kayu33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

kayu33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including during the withdrawal process, by requesting government-issued identification documents and supporting financial documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on the kayu33 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified. kayu33 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
kayu33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered members from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds are generally non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume that must be completed using the bonus funds (and, in some cases, the associated deposit) before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as real money. Specific wagering multipliers and eligible games are stated on each promotion's dedicated page.
kayu33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse of any Promotion — including, without limitation, bonus harvesting, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors — kayu33 reserves the right to void bonus funds, confiscate winnings, and terminate the relevant account(s).
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kayu33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kayu33 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kayu33 Content without the express written consent of kayu33. Any unauthorised use of kayu33 Content may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
The kayu33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kayu33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
kayu33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if kayu33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kayu33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical faults, third-party service provider outages, and circumstances beyond kayu33's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. kayu33 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.
All bets and wagers placed on the kayu33 Platform are final once confirmed, subject to these Terms. kayu33 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game configurations, and shall not be liable beyond the return of the original stake in such circumstances.

Upon termination, any bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kayu33 is incorporated and licensed for online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with kayu33 informally by contacting kayu33 customer support. kayu33 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint submitted via the contact details in Section 14.

kayu33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
